Dannii quits X Factor

X Factor judge Dannii Minogue has left the show. The 39-year-old singer has parted company with the ITV talent contest days before the new series was due to launch.

The Australian said: “I am so disappointed that I can't be a part of The X Factor.” Kylie's sister began filming the fifth series of Australia's Got Talent at the start of the year and is scheduled to return in a couple of weeks to continue with the semi and grand finals. She added: “Unfortunately, this year The X Factor audition dates in the UK clash with the live shows of Australia's Got Talent during June and July.”
