Daryl Hannah is apparently set to star in the film adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk's book Snuff.
The Kill Bill actress would play ageing porn star Cassie Wright in the big screen version, directed and co-written by Fabien Martorell, Chuck has revealed on his blog.

The 2008 novel follows three men waiting in a crowded basement for their turn in a sex scene, who "reveal they all have more at stake than simply securing their spot in adult entertainment history".
Snuff is described as a suspense/thriller set in the gritty world of adult entertainment.
Fabien apparently hopes to shoot the film as a single "closed door" set, and use flashbacks to communicate the character history.
The script was co-written by Karina Wilson.
