Cameron Diaz is reportedly in "early talks" to star in romantic comedy Sex Tape.
The Knight And Day star could reunite with her Bad Teacher co-star Jason Segel and director Jake Kasdan if talks work out.
The Wrap reported that the 40-year-old actress was in the running to play a female lead about a year ago, but negotiations are now taking place with a deal in the near future.
Cameron is tipped to play one half of a married couple, who decide to spice up their love life by making a sex tape during a night away from their children, but when the raunchy footage goes missing, they embark on a mission to retrieve it.
Reese Witherspoon had previously been linked to the role.
Cameron, who was last seen with Colin Firth in Gambit, will next appear in Ridley Scott's The Counsellor alongside Michael Fassbender and Brad Pitt. She is expected to start filming Nick Cassavetes' comedy The Other Woman with Leslie Mann and Kate Upton.
