Disney drawings go on show

A never before seen original artwork pencil drawing from Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse

Original pencil drawings from Walt Disney's Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs have gone on public display for the first time.

The artwork, created in 1937, formed the basis of Disney's animated movie, which is ranked among the greatest films of all time.

The display at Tatton Park Antiques and Fine Art Fair, in Cheshire, also includes an original 1933 drawing of Disney's most famous creation, Mickey Mouse.

The collection belonged to a former Disney storyboard artist, who worked at the company in the 1930s and 1940s.

The sale is being handled by David Smith of Derbyshire-based Neptune Fine Art.

This isn't a good time to make travel plans. Weather conditions and work responsibilities have a way of wreaking havoc with your schedule. Wait another few days before putting down a hefty deposit. Working behind the scenes will yield significant rewards. If someone asks you to serve as their assistant, go ahead and accept. The pay will be excellent and there will be a lot of fringe benefits, too. Don't talk about a neighbour's private life in mixed company.More
