Dorff: We're naked in Immortals

Stephen Dorff

Stephen Dorff and his co-stars are almost naked in forthcoming film Immortals, the actor has said.

The Greek action-adventure, directed by Tarsem Singh, stars Stephen, Mickey Rourke, Kellan Lutz and Luke Evans, who will wear traditional garb.

"We're pretty much naked in the movie - we're all naked and wearing leather," he told Vulture.

"This one, I think, is hopefully going to deliver something that we don't normally see from the sword-and-sandal picture, whether it be Troy or Clash Of The Titans."

Stephen, who also stars in Sofia Coppola's Somewhere with Elle Fanning, had to undergo some training to buff up.

"I kind of trained with a separate group, because I didn't like the way they were training some of these guys," he continued.

"It all felt like they were giving some of these actors fake breast implants. It was a lot of 't** acting', and the opposite of what I think you'd want on film, so I kind of went against that grain."

Stephen, who plays Stavros, a master thief who joins Theseus (played by Henry Cavill) on his quest, joked he has the best lines.

"I play the Han Solo of the movie, this slave who hooks up with them, and then we all go against Mickey Rourke, who's the bad guy. I'm a little older than Henry and I'm flirting with Freida Pinto, and I've got all the good lines in the movie," he quipped.
