Ed Helms is in talks to join the cast of thriller Stretch.

The movie is from the producer of hit horror film The Purge and filmmakers have already signed up Chris Pine and Patrick Wilson, said The Hollywood Reporter.

Insidious actor Patrick will play a down-on-his-luck limo driver called Stretch who gets into trouble when the passenger from hell, Star Trek's Chris Pine, gets into his car.

Chris's character is selling his ledger of crime associates to the highest bidder and the driver is struggling to stay clean and pay off a bookies' debt.

The Hangover star Ed would be slated to play another chauffeur at the company who would show up as Patrick's character's conscience.

At the moment filming is planned for the summer.

Ed can be seen later this summer in comedy We're The Millers with Jennifer Aniston and is currently filming another comedy, Someone Marry Barry.

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Aries:

You must be decisive. Don't leave your Fate in the hands of others. If you need more money, ask for a raise. Are you dissatisfied with a relationship? Issue an ultimatum. Are you perturbed by an ethical matter? Speak on behalf of justice. People will be uncomfortable with your dramatic behaviour, but they will respond to it. Waiting for a miracle to arrive simply isn't wise. When you want to make a change, you have to take action, even at the risk of being unpopular.More
