Famke Janssen is rumoured to be returning to the X-Men fold.
The Taken 2 actress played Jean Grey/The Phoenix in the first three X-Men movies - 2000's X-Men, 2003's X2 and 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand - and now she looks set to make an appearance in the upcoming film The Wolverine.
The We Got This Covered website reports that Famke recently flew to Sydney, Australia to film a cameo role in the movie.
The film, which will see Hugh Jackman back as the titular character, follows 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, so it's thought it will be another prequel to the original trilogy.
However, there have been reports that the film will not be a direct sequel to the first origins tale, but a stand-alone movie.
The Wolverine is expected to arrive in cinemas in 2013.
