Fiennes excited to play M in Bond
Ralph Fiennes has spoken of his excitement at getting a major part in the next Bond film.
The Harry Potter actor has been named as the next person to take on the role of M, after Dame Judi Dench's character was killed at the end of Skyfall.
Asked about playing the famous part, Ralph said: "I think everyone knows that, I don't think that's particularly a secret.
"I'm looking forward to it very much."
Ralph played Gareth Mallory, an MI6 boss who clashed with James Bond in Skyfall, and his character is set to be made 007's manager in the 24th instalment of the franchise.
The Schindler's List actor will star as Charles Dickens and direct in the upcoming film The Invisible Woman, due out in cinemas on February 7.
