Gemma: Friends jealous of snogs

Gemma Arterton says her friends are jealous of who she gets to kiss for her film roles

Gemma Arterton has revealed her friends are jealous of her on-screen snogs with gorgeous leading men.

She has got up personal with Jake Gyllenhaal in Prince Of Persia, Dominic Cooper and Luke Evans in Tamara Drewe, and Nick Frost in The Boat That Rocked, which riles her close pals.

"They're always asking him if I kiss him, and I say, 'Yes, I do, so there!' They're all wildly jealous!" she admitted.

She gushed about her handsome Prince Of Persia co-star, saying: "The nicest thing about Jake is that he's such a lovely, funny, kind and down-to-earth guy."

Gemma declared she had no plans to move to Hollywood and live like a star.

"I love London and I need to stay somewhere where I am around normal people, like my parents who really keep me grounded," she said.

"I also need to be able to go down the pub now and then. Do they even have pubs in Hollywood?"

:: Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time is available on DVD and Blu-ray from September 13.
