Karen Gillan has hinted she would like to appear in a crossover between Guardians Of The Galaxy and the Avengers.

The former Doctor Who actress plays alien villain Nebula in the upcoming Guardians movie.

Asked by Total Film whether she would be interested in a big screen crossover in the future, she replied: "That sounds really cool, not something I've heard anything about though, but that would be amazing, yeah.

"I would be open to that."

Karen, who has shaved off her long red hair to play Nebula, said the Avenger she would most like to meet would be Iron Man, because Robert Downey Jr (who plays the character) is "really funny".

"I just love the tone of the Iron Man films," she added.

Directed by James Gunn, Guardians Of The Galaxy is expected to be released in August 2014.

Your Horoscopes by Russell Grant

Capricorn:

Your dry humour will be very popular. It's always difficult bringing a large group of people together. Everybody feels like they are walking on eggshells. After cracking a few jokes, you'll put the group at ease. Resist the temptation to make fun of relatives, especially the more sensitive members of the group. Nobody likes feeling singled out. Watching a light hearted comedy can also be a great way to generate a festive atmosphere. This is a time when people can put their differences aside.More
