Gleeson joins Heart Of The Sea

Brendan Gleeson has joined Cillian Murphy and Chris Hemsworth in the film In The Heart Of The Sea.

Brendan will play an older version of one of the surviving crew members who is interviewed years later by Herman Melville about the events. Sam plays one of the crew members.

Inception star Cillian will play Matthew Joy, second mate on the whale ship Essex, who along with first mate Owen Chase, played by Thor star Chris, convinces Pollard to make the journey.

The film shoot beings around London in mid-September.
