Gleeson joins Redford's Company

Brendan Gleeson has landed a role in The Company You Keep

Brendan Gleeson is said to be joining Robert Redford's film, The Company You Keep.

The Irish star is the latest addition to the star-studded ensemble cast, alongside Twilight actress Anna Kendrick, Terrence Howard and Sam Elliott, reports Variety.

The political drama, which will be directed and co-produced by the Oscar-winning filmmaker, will also star Robert as a former militant who is on the FBI's wanted list for a bank robbery 30 years ago. He has to go on the run when his true identity is exposed by a young, ambitious journalist wanting to make a name for himself (played by Shia LaBeouf).

Anna and Terrence are tipped to play FBI agents, while Brendan would be a retired police chief who first investigated the robbery.

Susan Sarandon, Nick Nolte, Julie Christie, Richard Jenkins, Stanley Tucci, Chris Cooper and rising actress Brit Marling will also make appearances in the film, which has been adapted by Lem Dobbs from Neil Gordon's novel.

Filming has already started in Vancouver.

Gemini:

Someone will steal credit for your work, which is maddening. Drawing attention to the problem will only make you look petty. You're better off accepting the situation with quiet dignity and grace. Move on to the next assignment, but make sure to sign your name to every piece of work that is submitted. Tell your boss what you are doing on a regular basis. You'll sound like a pest, but at least it's better than getting stabbed in the back.More
