Brendan Gleeson and his two actor sons Domhnall and Brian have been shortlisted in separate categories in the Irish Film and Television Awards.

In the film acting categories, Brendan and Cillian Murphy are nominated for their performances in the Irish gangster comedy Perrier's Bounty, and both Colin Farrell and Saoirse Ronan are up for their supporting roles in Peter Weir's The Way Back.

Brothers Domhnall Gleeson (When Harvey Met Bob) and Brian Gleeson (Love/Hate) join rising Irish talent Robert Sheehan (Love/Hate) as first-time nominees.

Crime drama Love/Hate is up for a possible 10 awards at the eighth annual ceremony, to be held in Dublin on Saturday February 12, while Juanita Wilson's Bosnian-set movie drama As If I Am Not There has six nominations.

Irish actresses Kerry Condon and Marcella Plunkett received their first Ifta nominations for their supporting roles in The Runway and Swansong: Story Of Occi Byrne.

Sagittarius:

Beware of spending beyond your means. Sticking to a budget will help you survive the festive season relatively unscathed. It will be easier than you think to let your grip on the purse strings slip especially as the big day draws near. Let Christmas be about loving, sharing and giving. Spend quality time preparing food, making decorations and playing games together. If you haven't sent all your cards or round robin emails give some thought about what you will be sharing with others this year.More
