Hathaway to head Interstellar
Anne Hathaway is set to reunite with Christopher Nolan in his sci-fi adventure Interstellar.
The Oscar-winning actress, who previously worked with the director in The Dark Knight Rises, is "near a deal" to star in the film, reported Deadline.
She would join Matthew McConaughey, who has already signed up for an unspecified role.
Details about the movie are being kept under wraps, but the plot is about a "heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding."
Anne - who won a best supporting actress Oscar for her performance in Tom Hooper's Les Miserables - is also set to star in a modern retelling of TheTaming Of The Shrew, romantic drama Song One and Lynn Shelton's dark comedy Laggies.
She is also attached to Steven Spielberg's Robopocalypse, which has been put back.
The 30-year-old actress is the latest addition to Christopher's close circle of collaborators, who include fellow actors Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, Michael Caine and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
