Henry: Wallis has something special

Quvenzhane Wallis has been tipped for an Oscar nomination for Beasts Of The Southern Wild

Beasts Of The Southern Wild actor Dwight Henry has revealed he'd love to work with his on-screen daughter Quvenzhane Wallis again.

The pair made their acting debut in the critically acclaimed indie film, and both went on to land roles in Steve McQueen's film Twelve Years A Slave.

"She has something inside her that is so very special," Dwight said, joking that one day he'll be old and in a wheelchair and will be watching Quvenzhane on TV.

"She has such a bright future ahead of her, and I look forward to seeing her in film again and maybe possibly working with her again."

Meanwhile, Quvenzhane - now 9 - said she wasn't thinking too much about the Oscar buzz surrounding the film.

"That's not in my head," she said.
