Werner Herzog has made a short film highlighting the dangers of drivers using their mobile phones behind the wheel.
The Grizzly Man director is backing the It Can Wait campaign to try and stop texting and driving.
The 70-year-old filmmaker's past documentaries have examined wild bears, plane crash survivors, cave paintings and death row inmates.
His new 35-minute film From One Second To The Next recounts how lives have been changed forever by texting while driving.
The documentary tells the stories of both victims and perpetrators. It will be available to watch online at ItCanWait.com.
The film expands on the 30-second commercials that the German director created for the It Can Wait campaign, to raise awareness about the issue.
