Hiddleston in talks about Crow role
Tom Hiddleston is reportedly in talks about leading the remake of The Crow.
The actor, best known for playing evil Norse demi-god Loki in Thor and Avengers Assemble, is in early discussions about taking on the role of Eric Draven in the reboot of the 1994 cult classic, reported The Wrap.
Tom has apparently met with the producers and sent them a make-up test that he did on his own in London, and is set to undergo a professional make-up test in the coming days to see if he can play the costumed crusader.
The film is based on a comic book by James O'Barrand follows a murder victim (the part Tom could play) who rises from the grave so he can get revenge on the people who killed him and his fiancee.
The original starred Brandon Lee as Draven.
Production on the remake, which is being directed by Spanish filmmaker F Javier Gutierrez, is due to start later this year.
