Josh Hutcherson has revealed his trousers split while he was shooting a scene for the new Hunger Games movie.
The 20-year-old actor is working on the eagerly anticipated follow-up, Catching Fire, which sees his character Peeta Mellark propose to fellow "tribute" Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence).
But Josh told MTV that things didn't quite go as planned when he popped the question.
He said: "The very first time I went to get down on one knee my pants ripped right down the crotch. The worst thing that could happen when you're proposing to somebody is that your pants rip right down the crotch, and that's what happened to Peeta.
"So... he's doomed. He's doomed. Poor guy, he just can't catch a break."
The movie adaptation of Catching Fire - the second book in author Suzanne Collins' trilogy about teens forced to battle to the death - will also see Liam Hemsworth and Elizabeth Banks reprise their roles. Newcomers Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Sam Claflin, Jeffrey Wright and Jena Malone will be joining the cast.
It is due to be released in November 2013.
