Emma Roberts is said to be joining Adult World.
The 20-year-old actress, who is Julia Roberts' niece, is reportedly set to star in Scott Coffey's coming-of-age drama, where she will play a university graduate who dreams of becoming a poet, while she is stuck working in a family-owned bookstore.
Her spokesperson confirmed the news to The Playlist.
Since breaking out in 2006's Nancy Drew, Emma has proven she is a promising actress with roles in the ensemble drama Valentine's Day, It's Kind Of A Funny Story with Zach Galifinakis and Noel Clarke's 4.3.2.1.
Her forthcoming big-screen outing is in Scream 4, out in cinemas on April 15, where she plays Jill Roberts, the cousin of Neve Campbell's character Sidney.
