It's great to be back, says Arnie

Arnold Schwarzenegger arrives at the UK premiere of new film The Last Stand

Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed it is "great" to be back - as he returns with a vengeance on the big screen.

The 65-year-old Hollywood star, who spent a seven-year stint as governor of California, stars as Sheriff Ray Owens in action movie The Last Stand, which marks the Terminator star's first starring role in a decade since Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines in 2003.

"It's great to be back in acting. My experience as a governor has added a little bit to my acting ability so it's good to be back," he said at the film's UK premiere in London.

Arnie was thrilled that crowds gathered for the red carpet event despite the freezing temperatures.

"It's always nice when you see so many people in the freezing cold. People stay out here for hours and hours. That's how dedicated my fans are and I love them," he said.

His co-star Jaimie Alexander braved the cold in a sleeveless cream jewelled Marc Bouwer dress with plunging neckline and Nicholas Kirkwood snakeskin heels.

She joked about her "icicle" outfit but said she relished the opportunity to work with Arnie.

"I grew up loving his movies, which I used to watch with my brothers so when I knew he was going to be a part of this, I was really excited and I thought, 'I have to do this'," she said.

Johnny Knoxville, best known for his comedic turns in the Jackass series and films, admitted he was star-struck by the action hero.

"It was very surreal. I was pinching myself all the way through," he admitted.

Gemini:

Someone will steal credit for your work, which is maddening. Drawing attention to the problem will only make you look petty. You're better off accepting the situation with quiet dignity and grace. Move on to the next assignment, but make sure to sign your name to every piece of work that is submitted. Tell your boss what you are doing on a regular basis. You'll sound like a pest, but at least it's better than getting stabbed in the back.More
