Filming for the second instalment of the Fifty Shades trilogy is well under way with Jamie Dornan snapped in dramatic scenes in Vancouver.
The scenes are slightly different than what might be expected for Dornan who plays billionaire Christian Grey - as he is involved in an action packed scene where cast assembled to shoot a helicopter crash.
Co Down actor Jamie Dornan is back as the lead role alongside Dakota Johnson who reprises her role as his student conquest Anastasia Steele in the sequel Fifty Shades Darker.
The film is the on-screen adaptation of the book trilogy by E.L. James.
And as the most recent pictures of filming showing Dornan in Grey's helicopter and at one point surrounded with a shower of shrapnel flying in the air - fans were sent into overdrive online speculating and analysing.
Meanwhile Johnson took a quick break from filming as she attended the Met Gala on May 2 in New York City.
The first film cleaned up at the box office, taking in more than half-a-billion dollars globally.
The next movie is expected to be released in February 2017.
Meanwhile Dornan's other highly-anticipated venture The Fall has wrapped up filming in Northern Ireland.
Fans flocked to Belfast from around the world in a hope to catch a glimpse of the actor as he reprised his role as serial killer Paul Spector alongside Gillian Anderson who plays Detective Superintendent Gibson.
Audiences were left reeling at the end of series two as Spector, critically injured in an ambush, lay bleeding in the arms of Gibson.
