Jones to take on Killer's List

Vinnie Jones is reportedly being lined up for The Killer's List

Vinnie Jones has apparently signed on to thriller The Killer's List.

The former footballer-turned-actor is rumoured to play a retired hitman and a widower in the Australian movie, reported Deadline.

In the story, which has been written by Brian Vining, his character's son will get kidnapped. Soon after, the hitman receives a box containing his son's fingers and a mobile phone, along with instructions to eliminate five of his former criminal associates.

Shooting on the film, which will be directed and produced by Phil Avalon, is scheduled to begin in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast in July.

Vinnie, who made his big-screen debut in Guy Ritchie's Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, has appeared in Gone In 60 Seconds, Swordfish and X-Men: The Last Stand.

The 48-year-old will next star in action thriller The Tomb opposite Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Australian war film The 34th Battalion alongside Luke Hemsworth and Emilie de Ravin.

Working behind the scenes will yield significant rewards. If someone asks you to serve as their assistant, go ahead and accept. The pay will be excellent and there will be a lot of fringe benefits, too. Don't talk about a neighbour's private life in mixed company.More
