Toby Kebbell has revealed he was so honoured to be working with Robert Redford on Abraham Lincoln assassination movie The Conspirator, it felt like a dream.
Redford directs the story of Mary Surratt, the only female co-conspirator charged in the Abraham Lincoln assassination and the first woman to be hanged by the United States federal government, and young British actor Toby stars alongside Robin Wright Penn, James McAvoy, Evan Rachel Wood, Tom Wilkinson, and Kevin Kline.
He said: "It was an incredible experience, I don't know how to phrase it as sweetly as it feels to me when I think about it - working with Robert was like this incredible vivid dream.
"I was doing a scene, I was doing my acting and trying to create things and Robert would come in and he'd be like 'hey, so maybe...'
"And I'd be like 'what's Robert Redford doing here?' It's weird but incredible, he has such majesty as a human being, I'm blessed, I can't say anymore."
Toby stars in Disney's new adventure The Sorcerer's Apprentice, which he also really enjoyed filming.
He said: "It was lovely, a fantastic change of pace to the usual grittiness that goes on in my work! Nicolas Cage was a huge draw and I got to hang out with an old friend (Alfred Molina) because we'd worked on Prince Of Persia together."
::The Sorcerer's Apprentice is released on August 11.
