Kristen Bell daunted by sex scenes

Kristen Bell has admitted feeling daunted about filming sex scenes in her new movie The Lifeguard.

The actress plays a reporter who quits her job to return home and work as a lifeguard, where she starts a dangerous relationship with a troubled teenager.

She told The Hollywood Reporter that it had taken guts and choreography to be able to film the intimate scenes.

Kristen, 33, said: "I thought the scripts, even at first read, were so uncomfortable and I couldn't imagine myself in those situations.

"There's a lot of uncomfortable moments, there's a lot of dangerous relationships, there's a lot of intimate scenes that I had never done as an actor.

"I'd never done a scene as graphic as my intimate scenes in this movie. There was a lot of choreography involved and thankfully the other actor, David Lambert, involved in the scenes was extremely professional."

Kristen can be heard voicing the lead role in Disney animation Frozen later this year.
