Jennifer Lawrence will be reuniting with her Silver Linings Playbook director in new film The Ends Of The Earth.
David O Russell's film tells the story of an oil tycoon who loses everything after he's caught having an affair.
Jennifer, who is Oscar-nominated for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook, will play the lead in the new film penned by Argo writer Chris Terrio, according to Deadline.
Producers Todd Black and Steve Tisch said in a statement: "Jennifer Lawrence is one of the most versatile actresses we have ever seen. Her performance in Silver Linings was transcendent and was truly the heart and soul of the film.
"Jennifer was basically asked to play four personalities - depressed, sexy, romantic and a wild dancer - and did them all brilliantly. After seeing that performance we knew we had our anchor for Ends Of The Earth."
Jennifer is also set to team up with David for an untitled drama based on the real-life story of FBI sting operation Abscam, which exposed a lot of corrupt politicians in the 1970s.
She will play Christian Bale's on-screen wife in the movie.
