Miller cooks up a treat with Cooper

Sienna Miller is to star in culinary drama Chef alongside Bradley Cooper.

The Factory Girl actress is to reunite with her American Sniper co-star in John Wells' film, reported Variety.

French actor Omar Sy also has a role in Chef.

Peaky Blinders showrunner Steven Knight has written the script for Chef, which tells the story of a chef who gathers a crew in an attempt to create the best restaurant ever.

The Weinstein Co film comes in the wake of Jon Favreau's indie film of the same name, which sees him playing a chef who decides to open a food truck.

Sienna, who previously starred in Layer Cake, Alfie and GI Joe: The Rise Of Cobra, has wrapped production on Clint Eastwood's American Sniper.

The mother-of-one is filming Scott Cooper's Black Mass, which she will follow with Ben Wheatley's High Rise.

The 32-year-old has a number of films which are being released later this year, including comedy-drama Mississippi Grind and Bennett Miller's dark drama Foxcatcher, which opened at Cannes.
