Momoa in line for Aquaman role
Jason Momoa is set to play Aquaman in Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice, according to reports.
The Conan The Barbarian star has signed up to play the Justice League superhero, with director Zack Snyder already finalising his designs for the character, reported HitFix.com.
The 34-year-old would join the ranks of Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) in the Man Of Steel sequel.
Jason previously dismissed rumours about Aquaman after he was asked about the stories at Detroit's Motor City Comic Con.
"No. Stop asking me. It's so annoying. Sorry, you're not annoying," he told journalists before adding: "I think it started when people said 'What superhero would you play?' And I'd say Batman and Superman, they'd be awesome together'.
"Then people were like, 'He's in 'Batman vs Superman'! And then some a*****e was like, 'He's Aquaman!'... And then it shows up on the internet. Not that it's a bad rumour."
Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenburg, Holly Hunter and Amy Adams also star in Batman Vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice, which will be released in May 2016.
