A man high on drugs feared to bring out cannibal instincts in people has been arrested naked, stalking actor Orlando Bloom.
The unnamed man was arrested in Los Angeles after being found outside the home of Lord of the Rings star Bloom.
Shocked residents of the exclusive area heard the man shout he was “high on drugs” and officers moved swiftly to prevent a repeat of the nude cannibal who ate much of the face of a homeless man in Florida last month.
Miami beach cannibal Rudy Eugene (31) was gunned down by police after feasting on much of the face of homeless man, Ronald Poppo (65).
