New mum Fox cautious about roles

Megan Fox will tone down her sexy roles now she is a mum

Megan Fox has hinted that she won't be flashing the flesh on the big screen now that she's a mum.

The Transformers actress - often voted among the world's sexiest women - gave birth to son Noah in September and admitted that she would be more careful about picking movie parts now he is in her life.

She told the Daily Mirror: "It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby.

"I'm going to be more cautious about choosing films because I'm already thinking about when he's in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he's going to be horrified. So that will deter me from making some of the choices I made before."

Megan said having her son made her realise how quickly time flies.

"It's scary because unfortunately women in the film industry don't seem to hold their value as they get older so it's scary for all of us," she said. "I relate it to being like a basketball player who is only 33 or 34 but people say he is geriatric because you top-out young. It's the same thing for actresses. I'm 26 but already time is a tickin'."

Megan also insisted she would never let any success go to her head.

She said: "Hollywood is a really dark and dangerous place if you let it be and I feel that what saves me from that is that I get no validation from work and no validation from fame. If anything, I've always found it really overwhelming and kind of frightening and claustrophobic. The people who need it to feel good are the ones that become addicted to it and spiral out of control.

"It hasn't happened to me and hopefully it never will."

Gemini:

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
