Twilight star Peter Facinelli is reportedly set to join the cast of Gallows Hill.
The 38-year-old actor - who plays vampire Carlisle Cullen in the blood-sucking saga - will star alongside Underworld's Sophia Myles in the supernatural horror movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision blog.
Peter, who split from his wife, former Beverly Hills 90210 star Jennie Garth, earlier this year, is set to play a widower in the spooky flick.
His character and his new fiancee (Sophia) find themselves stranded in an isolated inn in Colombia after flying to the country to collect his daughter. They discover that the innkeeper has locked a girl in the basement, and their decision to free her has some unintended consequences.
Gallows Hill will be directed by Victor Garcia.
Peter can next be seen in the final Twilight movie, Breaking Dawn - Part 2, which is due to be released in November.
