Nicole Kidman to be Silent Wife

Nicole Kidman has signed up to take the lead role in the film adaptation of best seller The Silent Wife.

The Rabbit Hole actress will star in the film of A.S.A. Harrison's hit novel which is still in development, according to Deadline.

She will play one half of a seemingly happy couple who loves to take care of her partner of 20 years, but as the story unravels it's revealed that he loves to cheat on her expecting her to be OK with it, as they head towards catastrophe.

Author A.S.A. Harrison died before her book was published so the movie deal is being made with her estate.

Nicole is also set to star as Grace Kelly in Grace Of Monaco, with Colin Firth in The Railway Man and as Gertrude Bell in Queen Of The Desert.
