The stars of The Inbetweeners reckon it's too late to change anything about their upcoming film.
Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley and Blake Harrison have finished shooting the bulk of their movie adaptation of the E4 sitcom, which sees them going away on a lads' holiday to Malia, Crete.
"It's too late. Whatever has happened now, we have either made a total b***s-up of it or it is brilliant. But it is definitely too late, so from my point of view, it is finished," said Joe, whose alter-ego is Simon.
Simon, who plays Will, added: "It's basically all finished now - I'd say that we've filmed 95 per cent of it. We've got a little bit left to do later in the year, but on the whole it is finished. They've just got to edit it, do the music and all that."
The trio have modest expectations for their big-screen debut.
"Doing the film has been a big deal for us and I think we took it quite seriously," said Joe.
"The film is not even edited yet or anything. We just hope fans of the show will enjoy the film, and people who haven't watched the show will also enjoy it. That's all that is on our minds at the moment," added Blake, who plays Neil.
The Inbetweeners Movie, also featuring Emily Head and Emily Atack, will be released in August.
