Owen set for King Of Castle film?

Clive Owen is set to play a philanderer in a new film

Clive Owen is set to star in upcoming comedy The King Of The Castle.

The Closer actor will team up with writers Brian Gatewood and Alessandro Tanaka for their directorial debut, the Los Angeles Times reports.

Clive - known for playing dark and gritty roles - would lighten up to play a philanderer who gets blackmailed by a teenager in the movie.

The Silver Linings Playbook's Jonathan Gordon will produce the project.

Clive has wrapped filming on the crime thriller Blood Ties, which is due out next year.
