Palmer aims to be next Angelina

Teresa Palmer says there's a lot she still wants to achieve

Teresa Palmer is hoping to follow in Angelina Jolie's footsteps.

The I Am Number Four star has commissioned a script to be written with a "very Angelina Jolie" lead role for her, and is set to produce the indie film about corruption in the pharmaceutical industry.

"As a producer you have creative control, and that's what is so exciting about it," the actress told Australian Vogue.

"At the end of the day, if you have made a film it's totally your responsibility, and if it works it's your responsibility and if it doesn't it's also your responsibility."

Having appeared in The Grudge 2, December Boys and The Sorcerer's Apprentice and worked alongside Hollywood stars such as Daniel Radcliffe, Adam Sandler and Nicolas Cage, 25-year-old Teresa still has to pinch herself sometimes.

"I don't think I will ever get to the point where I think: 'Oh, I've made it'. I know my parents are really proud of me, and they think I've become successful, so that's nice, but there's still so much I want to achieve in my life," she added.

This isn't a good time to make travel plans. Weather conditions and work responsibilities have a way of wreaking havoc with your schedule. Wait another few days before putting down a hefty deposit. Working behind the scenes will yield significant rewards. If someone asks you to serve as their assistant, go ahead and accept. The pay will be excellent and there will be a lot of fringe benefits, too. Don't talk about a neighbour's private life in mixed company.More
