Paltrow gets Thanks For Sharing
Gwyneth Paltrow and Joely Richardson are set to star in a film about a group of former sex addicts.
Variety said the actresses have joined Mark Ruffalo and Tim Robbins in the indie film Thanks For Sharing.
The comedy is the directorial debut of Stuart Blumberg, who co-wrote The Kids Are All Right.
It follows a group who become friends because of their shared determination to recover from sex addiction, while trying to have meaningful relationships for the first time in their lives.
Gwyneth's character is a successful businesswoman, Phoebe, who falls for Mark's character, while British actress Joely will play Katie, who is married to Tim's character.
"I couldn't imagine actors more perfect than Gwyneth, Mark, Tim and Joely for this film, and I can't wait to see them bring these characters to life with their unique and formidable talents," Variety quoted the director, who also co-wrote the film's script, as saying.
Production starts later this month in Gotham.
Gwyneth currently appears in Steven Soderbergh film Contagion, while Joely will next be seen in as Queen Elizabeth I in period piece Anonymous.
