Paul Dano set to take no Prisoners

Paul Dano is reportedly starring in upcoming film Prisoners

Paul Dano has reportedly signed up for vigilante thriller Prisoners.

The Little Miss Sunshine star could be joining Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal in the tense drama, reported Variety.

Melissa Leo will also appear in the upcoming film, to be directed by Denis Villeneuve.

Hugh is already on board to play a "small-town carpenter", who decides to take the law into his own hands after his young daughter and her best friend are kidnapped - but a police detective assigned to the case, played by Jake, proves to be an obstacle.

Production on Prisoners is scheduled to begin in early 2013 with an expected release in autumn 2013.

Paul - who has starred in There Will Be Blood and Cowboys & Aliens - was last seen in Looper with Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

The 28-year-old will next appear opposite his real-life girlfriend Zoe Kazan in Ruby Sparks and has finished filming Steve McQueen's Twelve Years A Slave.

Virgo:

It's difficult to deal with a highly competitive colleague. Every time you submit work, they try to find ways to outperform you. Although you have no interest in pitting your talent against theirs, this other person thinks very differently. Ignoring them won't be possible. A good way to disarm this pest is to invite them out for coffee. Describe what you've observed and ask for a truce. Irrational people are often thrown off balance when their behaviour is addressed in a direct manner.More
