Phoenix Nights for big screen?

Peter Kay might make a film adaptation of Phoenix Nights

Peter Kay has revealed Phoenix Nights is set for the big-screen treatment.

According to the funnyman, who has already written a script, offers have been pouring in and film producers are said to be keen on the idea, which will follow in the footsteps of The Inbetweeners Movie.

"It's written, I've written it. It's done. They've even asked me, with this Inbetweeners film, if you want to make a film of it," he told Real Radio North West.

"The biggest problem is getting everyone together," he added.

Peter famously fell out with the show's co-creator David Spikey, who felt that Peter took all of the credit.

38-year-old Peter also revealed his spin-off series with Paddy McGuinness, Max And Paddy, could be adapted into movies.

"Me and Paddy have written two Christmas specials that could be films," he said.

Taurus:

An embarrassing secret will come to light, affecting your reputation. Somebody who once admired you will now turn away in dismay. Instead of trying to win their affection again, lay low for a wee while. You'll make a much better impression by letting your actions speak for themselves. There is a chance this relationship is beyond redemption. If your former friend decides to keep their distance, you will have no other choice than to respect their feelings. Better luck next time.More
