Pregnant Vera Farmiga directs film

Vera Farmiga has turned her hand to directing

Vera Farmiga has directed her first ever film.

The Up In The Air actress, who is expecting her second child with her musician husband in October, revealed she has been making her first movie, Higher Ground.

"I've been working on it for the whole summer in my second trimester of pregnancy which was tough," Vera laughed.

"I directed it and starred in it simultaneously. It was a super-low budget film which traces a little girl through childhood, teenage pregnancy and adulthood in search for 'higher ground'.

She added: "It was wild to be on the other side of the camera!"

Vera has been at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote Keanu Reeves' new comedy Henry's Crime, a film about a man who decides to commit a crime that he already innocently went to jail for committing.

"The role itself to me harks into the screwball comedians of the 40s and 30s and that's rare to encounter in a script. It was good fun," she explained.

It looks as if the prospects for a relationship are good, so long as your intentions are honourable. Playing with a person's heart will backfire miserably. Make sure your feelings are deep and true before embarking on an affair.More
