Ralph Fiennes to head to the Sands?

Ralph Fiennes looks set to play a surgeon in Sands

Ralph Fiennes is in talks to star in drama Sands.

The Harry Potter star is said to be in "advanced negotiations" for the lead role, reported Variety.

He is tipped to play a New York surgeon, whose wife remains in a coma following a car accident. The plot sees her spirit travel to India towards an imaginary man, and she must decide between this or returning to consciousness to her husband.

Filming is expected to begin in the autumn in Toronto, Reunion Island and India.

Ralph - who last appeared in Sam Mendes' Bond movie Skyfall and Mike Newell's Great Expectations - will next star as celebrated writer Charles Dickens in The Invisible Woman, which he will also direct.

The two-time Oscar nominee is also filming Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel alongside Saoirse Ronan, Jude Law and Bill Murray.

Gemini:

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
