Andrea Riseborough has started filming Welcome To The Punch.
Described as a gritty British thriller, the up-and-coming starlet is set to take the lead opposite James McAvoy and Mark Strong.
The film, written and directed by Bafta nominee Eran Creevy and executive produced by Ridley Scott, has begun shooting in 3 Mills Studios and on location in and around London.
Eran said: "It is great to be shooting against the magnificent backdrop of Canary Wharf and modern London. We have a fantastically talented cast and crew."
Mark plays an ex-criminal on the run, who is forced to return to the capital when his son is involved in a heist, with X-Men: First Class actor James as his detective nemesis.
Details about Andrea's role have yet to be revealed.
Peter Mullan, David Morrissey, Daniel Mays and Johnny Harris also appear in the film.
