Roach to direct Affleck, Damon film
Ben Affleck and Matt Damon have found a director for their next film, The Trade.
Jay Roach is attached to direct the wife-swap drama, about the scandal New York Yankees' pitchers Fritz Peterson and Mike Kekich caused in the 70s when they admitted to exchanging partners.
Ben - who wrote the script with his brother Casey and David Mandel - will produce the film with Matt for Warner Bros, although neither actor plans to star in it, reported The Wrap.
Jay, who is best known for taking the reins on the Austin Powers films and Meet The Parents trilogy, is attached to direct a Dalton Trumbo biopic, starring Bryan Cranston.
He is also in talks to produce the comedy The Nest, which will star Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as sisters.
Ben, who last starred in Runner, Runner, will next be seen in David Fincher's big-screen adaptation of Gillian Flynn's thriller, Gone Girl. He will also play Batman in Zack Snyder's Man Of Steel sequel.
Matt, who reunited with Ocean's co-star George Clooney in The Monuments Men, will next be seen in Christopher Nolan's Interstellar alongside Matthew McConaughey.
