Robin Williams is considering a role in drama The Angriest Man In Brooklyn.
The Oscar-winning actor is tipped to play a man who finds out that he is suffering from a severe case of cancer, which leaves him only hours to live in the film, which has been written by Australian writer Daniel Taplitz.
"Negotiations are currently underway," he told Moviehole.
The film - which is described as a dark comedy like Robin's previous film World's Greatest Dad and has no director attached yet - is based on the Israeli film Mar Baum by writer-director Assi Dayan.
There are no further details regarding production or release.
Sixty-year-old Robin, who has lent his vocals to Happy Feet Two, will next start filming ensemble comedy The Big Wedding.
