Seth Rogen has confessed he still worries about getting fired

The Green Hornet star made the confession at a special reunion with filmmaker Judd Apatow in Beverly Hills at PaleyFest.

The pair took to the stage at the Saban Theatre for a special look back with fans at the TV comedy Freaks And Geeks, the first project they worked on together back in 1999.

"He was very intimidating back then," Seth said of Judd. "I thought I was going to get fired all the time."

Ten years on and the pair have continued to work together on films like The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Pineapple Express and Superbad.

But Seth hesitated when asked if he'd lost his fear of being sacked from shoots.

"Well, yes, no, sometimes..." he laughed. "It mostly has!"

The comedy only aired for one season in the States before being taken off air due to poor ratings. However, it's continued to have a cult following.

"It was about people that aren't portrayed in TV, the losers and the people that are on the outskirts of high school society and I think that made it really relatable to a lot of people that don't feel represented in 90210, Gossip Girl, s*** like that," he explained.

The 28-year-old admits he still considers himself a geek. "I still read comic books and play video games, same s*** that I always did which is kind of cool now, which is pretty nice."
