Roth picks Green Inferno stars

Eli Roth is making a horror-thriller called Green Inferno

Eli Roth is picking his cast for his next fright fest Green Inferno.

The next film from the Hostel director will be a horror-thriller about a group of New York-based student activists who encounter a tribe of cannibals on a trip to Peru.

John Carter's Daryl Sabara, Project X's Kirby Bliss Blanton and Aftershock stars Lorenza Izzo and Ariel Levy are all in talks to star in the movie along with Aaron Burns, Magda Apanowicz and singer-actress Sky Ferreria, Variety reports.

Production on the film is due to start next month in Peru before moving to Chile.

Green Inferno mark Eli's first return to the director's chair since 2007's Hostel: Part II.
