Rourke out, Lutz in for Expendables

Mickey Rourke is missing from The Expendables 3 cast list

Mickey Rourke may not reprise his role in The Expendables 3, as Twilight hunk Kellan Lutz joins the star-studded cast.

Mickey, who played Tool in the other two films, is notably missing from the cast list for the third instalment, which has been confirmed by Lionsgate, reported Empire.

Sylvester Stallone is back with returning cast members Jason Statham, Jet Li, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture and Terry Crews, with newcomers including Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Mel Gibson and Harrison Ford.

Kellan, who played vampire Emmett Cullen in the Twilight films, will also appear in the movie alongside MMA star Ronda Rousey, boxing champion Victor Ortiz and Glen Powell.

Patrick Hughes will direct the third film, which has been written by Sly with Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt, and has already started shooting in Bulgaria.

The movie will see Barney Ross (Sly), Lee Christmas (Jason) and the team come face-to-face with "ruthless arms trader" Conrad Stonebanks (played by Mel), who wants to end the Expendables.

But Barney pulls out all the stops, recruiting individuals who are "younger, faster and more tech-savvy", as "the latest mission becomes a clash of classic old-school style versus high-tech expertise in the Expendables' most personal battle yet".

The Expendables 3 will open in cinemas on August 15, 2014.

Aries:

You will have to defer to others, which makes you anxious. There's never any problem when you're in control. You know how to act quickly and decisively. When others are at the helm, progress grinds to a halt. People deliberate endlessly over simple matters. Instead of putting pressure on the person in charge, make a strategic retreat. If you act like you don't care about the outcome of a situation, they won't be paralysed with uncertainty. You have a tendency to make people nervous.More
