The Transformers sex symbol makes a cameo as herself, who in the film is been paid by General Aladeen, dictator of the Republic of Wadiya (Baron Cohen) to sleep with him, then mocks the Kardashian sisters.
Megan demands: "What's this, a ruby?! What am I, a Kardashian", to which the dictator replies, "No you're much less hairy."
The trailer for the controversial comedy opens with the words "Many have fallen", before showing footage of Gadaffi, Sadam Hussein and Kim Jong-il, and then adds: "But one dictator remains".
Baron Cohen, sporting a ridiculous false beard, then appears on a throne and declares: "Hey America, I just bought NBC".
The Ali G star is later shown running a race in which he shoots the starting pistol himself and then begins to shoot his competitors as he runs for the finish line.
The Borat star has written the film based on Zabibah And The King, a romance novel the CIA believes was written by ghost-writers under the influence of former Iraqi dictator Saddam and published under his name.
The film has also launched a website, Facebook and Twitter page.
The website for the fictional country www.republicofwadiya.com contains extensive details of the history of the republic and its leader.
News headlines include "Wadiyan Grammy Nominations - Aladeen for Best Newcomer for 17th consecutive year in a row."
