Joanna Lumley, Jack Black and Little Mix are amongst the stars who have got their paws into Snoopy, as they give his kennel a makeover for a charity auction.

Celebrities from the worlds of television, sport and music including the Coronation Street cast, Wimbledon champion Andy Murray and Sharon Osbourne have shown their doggy love by redesigning the beagle's home, ahead of the release of the movie Snoopy And Charlie Brown: The Peanuts Movie on December 21.

Lumley painted a self-portrait of her Absolutely Fabulous alter-ego Patsy Stone on her kennel, aptly called Snoopy Darling, while Chelsea footballer John Terry also had an image of himself with his shirt number 26 on Terry's Hut-Trick.

The cast of ITV soap Coronation Street turned Snoopy's kennel - dubbed The Corrie Crib - into the Rover's Return pub, as Black scribbled etchings of Kung Fu Panda on his version, which he titled Panda's Palace.

Dog owner Osbourne painted bones and paw prints over her Queen Of Bark-ness kennel, and Spice Girl Melanie Brown gave a wild animal-print spin for her Snoopy Spice design. Little Mix stuck with a Girls on Paw theme.

Olympic diver Tom Daley gave his version a patriotic spin with the Union flag, while Murray transformed the kennel into part of the Wimbledon tennis court, with other designs by British department store Liberty, fashion designer Orla Kiely, indie rockers The Vaccines and fashion photographer Rankin.

The bespoke versions, which are five foot seven tall and can be used as real kennels, will be unveiled on London's Regent Street on November 28, before touring around the country to Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Liverpool and Swansea.

They will then be auctioned off through Rosebery auction house for ITV's Text Santa to benefit Macmillan Cancer Support, Make-A-Wish UK and Save The Children from November 12, with the successful bidders revealed on December 7.
