Sofia Vergara reveals set nerves

Sofia Vergara stars in Fading Gigolo

Sofia Vergara has said she was a little nervous about filming a sex scene with her Fading Gigolo co-stars Sharon Stone and John Tuturro.

John, who is also the film's director and screenwriter, plays a male escort in the comedy, while the Modern Family actress and Basic Instinct star are two of his clients.

"At the beginning I was a little nervous because I've never done anything like this, not in real life or on camera so it was a little nerve-wracking," Sofia told CBS News about the threesome.

The Colombian actress said she had some help from Sharon on the film, which also stars Woody Allen as an inexperienced pimp .

"When I arrived on the set, Sharon was very supportive. She was very nice. She told me, 'Just follow me, I've done this many times, it's going to be fine, just relax.', " Sofia said.

The movie, which also stars Vanessa Paradis and Liev Schreiber, opens in May.
