Stallone to star in one-man show

Sylvester Stallone is set to perform a one-man show in London, followed by a live interview with Jonathan Ross on stage.

The Rocky star will appear at London Palladium on January 11 and the audience will also have a chance to put questions to him afterwards.

He told the Daily Mirror: "What I am looking for now is for people to start seeing another side of me and what I want to start doing is a lot of seminars, like the one at the London Palladium.

"I love to tell stories. It is that drive that made me go behind the curtain, behind the scenes, to see how things are accomplished, watching from both sides of the biggest box office hits."

He added: "I am a people person and I am really very open. I really like the idea of letting the audience ask questions, to give them that opportunity and to give very specific answers.

"I like the idea of talking about your life, the journey that made you what you are. I think a lot of people may identify with this and think: 'Wow, he did it, why can't I?'."

The audience will hear stories about Sylvester's life and career, including his time working on the Rocky films and more recently The Expendables.
