Kristen Stewart is apparently battling her nerves ahead of her red carpet appearance at the Toronto Film Festival.
The Twilight star has kept a low profile since it emerged that she had cheated on her boyfriend Robert Pattinson with her married Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, but she is set to appear at the premiere of her movie On The Road on September 6.
A source told RadarOnline.com that the 22-year-old actress "hasn't been able to get a wink of sleep" in the run-up to the film festival, which will be her first public appearance since the scandal erupted.
"Even though members of the media have been strictly told that questions about her cheating scandal are off-limits, she's been fretting over the film's premiere. She really hopes that the critics are kind to her when it comes to the reviews and they don't judge her on her personal life," added the source.
The insider said Kristen also wants the movie, a new film adaptation of Jack Kerouac's iconic novel, "to get the praise she thinks it deserves".
Kristen, whose romance with R-Patz is thought to be over following the affair, missed the UK premiere of the film last month.
